 This A4-size collector’s item, by David Instone, also contains some 25,000 words and costs £17.99. For no extra charge, we again offer our scroll of honour facility, whereby fans ordering by July 28 can have their name or that of a family member or friend included in the list at the back for posterity. Publication is late August, with books posted out from early September.
